One More Block – Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the mobile game One More Block (“the game”) handles, why, and what you can do about it. IQPixel (“we”) is the developer and publisher of the game.
The short version. The game has no adverts and no advertising trackers. It never asks you for your real name, email address, phone number, contacts or location. To run the online leaderboards it gives you an anonymous player account, and it sends the player name you chose and your scores to that leaderboard, where other players can see them. The services the game is built on also process some technical information, described below.
1. Information the game handles
| What | Why | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymous player ID A random identifier created automatically the first time you play. It is not linked to your name, email or Google account. |
So the leaderboards know which scores are yours and can keep your player name. | Unity Gaming Services (Unity Technologies) |
| Player name The name shown in the game. It is generated for you, and you can change it at any time. |
To show who set a score. | Unity Gaming Services. Visible to other players on the leaderboards. |
| Scores Your best Endless score and your Daily Challenge results. |
To run the daily and all-time leaderboards. | Unity Gaming Services. Visible to other players on the leaderboards. |
| Purchases Which themes you have bought, and the purchase record that proves it. The purchasing component may briefly process details attached to a purchase, which can include the email address of your store account. |
To complete the purchase, unlock what you paid for and restore it if you reinstall. | Google Play handles the payment. The purchase record is processed by Unity Technologies (Unity In-App Purchasing). We never see your card or payment details, and we do not keep your email address. |
| Technical information Your IP address and the approximate location (country or region) that can be worked out from it, device model, operating system version and language, device or installation identifiers, and diagnostic information such as crash and performance data. |
Needed to connect your device to the online services, keep them secure, find faults and understand how the services are performing. | Processed by Unity Technologies and Google when your device talks to their servers. |
2. Information that stays on your device
- Your settings (sound, chosen theme), your local best score and your Daily Challenge history.
- Pictures of your tower. A picture is saved to your device only when you press Save, and it is passed to another app only when you press Share and choose that app yourself. We do not receive these pictures.
Uninstalling the game removes this information from your device. Saved pictures stay in your gallery until you delete them.
3. What the game does not do
- It does not show adverts and contains no advertising or marketing trackers.
- It never asks you for your real name, email address or phone number.
- It does not read your contacts, photos or files, and it does not use your precise (GPS) location.
- It does not use your advertising ID.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
4. Who we share information with
Only with the companies that provide the services the game runs on:
- Unity Technologies – anonymous sign-in, leaderboards and in-app purchasing (Unity Gaming Services), and the game engine itself. Unity privacy policy.
- Google – distribution of the game and in-app purchases through Google Play. Google privacy policy.
These companies may store and process information on servers outside your own country. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
5. Your player name is public
Your player name and scores appear on leaderboards that every player can see. Please choose a name that does not identify you. Offensive names are blocked by the game.
6. How long information is kept, and how to delete it
Leaderboard entries are kept while the leaderboard they belong to is running. Daily Challenge leaderboards are reset every day. Your anonymous player account is kept so that your name and best score are still there the next time you play.
You can ask us to delete your player account, player name and scores at any time. Email us at srdjan.pavlica@gmail.com and tell us the player name shown in the game. We will delete the information within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to object to how it is used. Use the same address for any of these requests.
7. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Information is sent to the online services over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but the game is built to hold as little information about you as it can.
9. Changes to this policy
If the game changes in a way that affects your privacy – for example, if adverts are added in a later version – this policy will be updated first, and the date at the top will change.
